Getting married in Cape Town? We take care of the transport for the whole wedding: guest arrivals from the airport, welcome and rehearsal dinners, family tours, the wedding day itself, and every transfer before and after. Wedding guests often arrive from many countries over several days. We collect every guest from Cape Town International with meet and greet inside arrivals, flight monitoring and a direct drive to their hotel, whether they land alone or as a group of fifty.

The first evening together, handled quietly.
The welcome dinner and the rehearsal dinner set the tone for the whole weekend. We collect guests from their hotels, take them to the restaurant or venue and bring everyone home safely at the end of the night, so nobody has to drive or find a taxi.
Family tours for wedding guests
Show your guests the Cape.
Many guests travel a long way for a Cape Town wedding and want to see the city while they are here. We run private and group tours on the days around the wedding: Cape Point and the penguins, Table Mountain, the Winelands or a whale watching day in Hermanus, for one family or the whole wedding party.
Wedding day transport
Every arrival matters.
On the day itself, we run the guest transport to a timed plan: hotels to the ceremony, the ceremony to the reception, and late night returns after the celebration. A luxury car can carry the bride, the groom or the couple, while coaches and Sprinters move the guests.
Popular venues include the estates of Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl, the Constantia valley, Somerset West and the Helderberg, and the beaches of the Atlantic Seaboard. Many sit at the end of long farm roads, so we visit the route in advance and plan every turn.

A night out, planned properly.
From a day in the Winelands to a night out in the city, we take the bachelor or bachelorette party wherever the plans lead and bring everyone home safely.
Post wedding transport
The weekend does not end at the reception.
We handle the morning after brunch, the farewell lunch and every guest's departure to the airport, timed to their flights. For the newlyweds, we arrange honeymoon transfers to the Winelands, the Garden Route or a safari lodge.

One coordinator for the whole wedding
You enjoy the day. We watch the clock.
You or your wedding planner deal with one person at Cape Rhino from the first quote to the last airport drop off. We agree a run sheet with every pickup, route and time, match the vehicles to each group, and stay in touch with drivers throughout the day.

Wedding transport: what couples ask
How far ahead should we book wedding transport?
As soon as your date and venue are confirmed. Summer weekends from November to March book up early, and coaches are the first vehicles to go.
Can you transport guests from several hotels?
Yes. We plan pickups from each hotel on one run sheet, so every guest arrives at the ceremony on time.
Do you work with wedding planners?
Yes. We work alongside your planner and venue coordinator and agree all timings with them.
Can you arrange tours for our wedding guests?
Yes. We run private and group tours on the days before and after the wedding, from Cape Point to the Winelands and Hermanus.
How do we get a quote?
Send us your date, venue, number of guests and hotels through the quote form or on WhatsApp, and we reply with a transport plan and price, usually within 24 hours.
